The process is quite straight forward:
- Submit Application: complete the application form and submit it together with the required documents and payment, you will need to choose your visa designation and your expected monthly salary (this will depend on your field and industry). You will need to stay in-country during the visa process.
- Labour Contract: A Labour Contract is registered with the Ministry of Labour indicating your designation and salary. The minimum amount is AED 1 per month.
- e-Visa Issuance: The authorities will do a security background check, and an electronic visa is issued after approval.
